Why is it important to carry out an effective car pre-wash?

Therefore, before proceeding with a car wash with shampoo and a microfiber glove or sponge, it is necessary to carry out a correct pre-wash. With Nebula Foam 2.0 it is possible, without the help of a Foam Gun, to spray the specific product for the foaming pre-wash on the vehicle you want to clean.

Nebula Foam 2.0 is a dual-use foam nebulizer, this allows you to use the product in two different ways, you can choose between the “manual charge” and the “automatic charge with compressed air”.

Thanks to the universal schrader valve, also used in vehicle tyres, it will be possible to pressurize Nebula Foam 2.0 quickly and easily, thus saving time and effort. To carry out the automatic charging with compressed air, you can use any type of electric, battery-powered compressor or one that can be connected to the car’s cigarette lighter like the compressors supplied with some cars.
Which nozzle to choose?
Nebula Foam allows you to use 3 types of foam thanks to 3 different filters:
DRY FOAM
provides a dry foam, suitable when you do not want to wet the surface to be cleaned. Ideal for using Ceramic Shampoo.
INTERMEDIATE FOAM
provides an intermediate foam for jobs of all kinds, fitted as standard on the Nebula Foam 2.0. Ideal for using Neutral Foam Shampoo.
WET FOAM
provides a moist foam and greater coverage, suitable when you want to cover a large surface. Ideal for using Foam Gun Prewash.

Thanks to the compact foam created by Nebula Foam 2.0, the contact time between the chemical product and the surface to be treated increases, in this way, the emollient capacities of the product will be able to act for a longer period of time on the surface, softening the dirt and making it removable later with the rinsing phase ensuring a pre-wash in complete safety.
WHERE CAN I USE IT?
Nebula Foam 2.0 is a manual pump that allows you to create a dense and adherent foam to carry out a correct pre-wash and car and motorcycle wash without using a Foam Gun. The product has been studied and designed for use with detergents with surfactant properties. In just a few steps you will carry out a complete high performance foaming pre-wash!

How to use with automatic compressed air charging
STEP 1
Unscrew the head of the Nebula Foam 2.0, fill the tank up to a maximum of 1.25 L and close by screwing the head all the way down;
STEP 2
Unscrew the safety cap from the valve and connect the compressor
Inject air until the desired pressure is reached, maximum capacity 3 bar;
STEP 3
Make sure the safety lock on the handle is deactivated and proceed to spray.
At the end of the work, activate the safety lock again and depressurize the Nebula Foam 2.0 through the appropriate safety valve;
HOW TO USE WITH MANUAL WINDING
STEP 1
Unscrew the head of the Nebula Foam 2.0, fill the tank up to a maximum of 1.25 L and close by screwing the head all the way down;
STEP 2
Pressurize the Nebula Foam 2.0 with a series of strokes until the valve clicks
Make sure the safety lock on the handle is deactivated before proceeding with the nebulization;
STEP 3
Proceed with spraying the product and repeat the pumping operation to compensate for the loss of pressure
At the end of the work, activate the safety lock again and depressurize the Nebula Foam 2.0 through the appropriate safety valve;
